Congratulations to
Paul “Billy Bob” Evans and daughter
Maxine “Twinkles” Evans. They are presented the South Kitsap School System’s N.I.B. Award (Nurturing growth, Inspiring achievement, Building communities) from Principal, Brian Pickard. Maxine and her Dad clowned for the kids at a Back to School Day at South Colby Elementary.
Maxine is a Senior at South Kitsap High and plays in the band. The band is one of only seven selected to travel to Hawaii to perform for the 70th remembrance of Pearl Harbor this December.
Paul is a Navy Vietnam Vet and retired volunteer firefighter. Paul has been clowning for 15 years. Paul’s another daughter was a Shriner Hospital Kid.
